What's inside our Client Resource Centers ?

Our client center has been designed to provide flexibility and usability.   Some of the keys features being:  

  • Reporting Platform 
    • allow cross browser support (IE7+, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome).
    • interactive sorting and filtering of report data.
    • improved export of data to EXCEL,CSV,PDF and more.
    • integrated mapping with reporting. 
    • custom design reporting tools
  • File Manager
    • Download bulk file selections as a single compressed zip file.
    • Upload and download large files.
    • Use Windows explorer to view and copy files
    • Database metadata alongside datafiles for easier filtering and file management.
  • Client Forums and Discussions
    • Client forums and discussions will be shown within your own client center.
    • Rich text editing with images and file upload. 
  • Issue Tracking System
    • We are upgrading our IssueView tracking system, and embedding this within your client center.
    • Rich text editing with images and file upload.

All this functionality is built with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Technology so provides seemless functionality with Microsoft Windows and Office Products including the Office 2007,2010 command ribbon interface.
