Help using the Website Sharepoint Ribbon (Toolbar) in Sharepoint 2010 ?

Where Can I Find Help on Using Sharepoint 2010 ?

How to Export a Sharepoint List to EXCEL ?
Learn how you can link an Excel 2010 workbook to a SharePoint 2010 list, and then configure Excel to refresh the data from the list, so you’re working with the current version of the data. This way you can maintain a live dataset in EXCEL, software most of us are familar with.
Can I Download More Than One File At A Time ?
When in a document library, select more than a single file. Then from the documents ribbon toolbar menu select "Download as Zip"
How to Print Reports from the Report Viewer ?
Select Print from the Action Menu of the report writer
The very first time you do this you will be prompted to install the print components for use on your PC. We recommend you take the time to select "more options" and select "always trust software from Microsoft Corporation". This elminates you having to walk through this process every time you would like to print. 
TIP: If you have any problems installing the print components, just export your report to PDF and then print from there.

The Export Action Menu in the Report Viewer Does Not Display in IE9 ?
This is a known and documented bug by Microsoft (Bug Report May 2011), and only appears in early released versions of Internet Explorer 9. Ensure you have the latest version of IE9, or use the work around for this, to use the Compatability View button in IE9.
I Just Got My Password in an Email, But It Does Not Work ?
Serveral users have reported an issue with their password after having choosen to reset their password, having received this by email. Here is some help for common things that can go wrong.
- You will receive two emails to successfully reset your password. The first contains a link which you can select to then activate to send the second email with your new password. Some users thinking nothing was working after a seconds after clicking the first link, will click this link again then therefore recieve two emails, each with a different password. The later email will then be your new password, as you have actually requested your password be changed twice by clicking the link twice.
- Try to avoid copying your password from an email and type this into the password dialog box manually. This will avoid you accidently selecting the additional space before or after your password and therefore pasting an incorrect combination of characters. Just remember to click "save my password" so you don't have to type this each time.
