Field Technician Positions
 
We always welcome enquiries for positions within our forest inventory, wood quality and scaling operations. Although positions are not currently available, you are welcome to register your interest.
 
Interpine Forestry Ltd is a forest consulting and data management company specialising in information technology and optimal decision making across the forestry industry.  We are experts in forestry data management systems, resource inventory, log scaling, log recovery, wood quality and supply chain initiatives.
We are Rotorua based with satellite operations in Northland, Hawke’s Bay, Southland and Nelson, and we regularly undertake work overseas.
 
Ideal applicants would have exposure to forestry operations, a reasonable level of computer literacy, and maturity.  Experience with a hand-held field computer would also be an advantage.
 
Preferred attributes:
• Tertiary qualified / Diploma in Forestry / NZ Certificate in forestry
• NZQA forest plotting qualifications
• Experience in forestry

Full training is provided for those with a positive attitude to work.
Competitive remuneration offered, with opportunities to travel.
A full driver’s license is essential.
